Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers extremely comfortable rooms with individual air conditioning, perfect for storing ski equipment and shoes. The staff are amazing and always attentive, despite some limitations in English proficiency. The location is fantastic, being just a 100-meter walk to the ski lifts, and the hotel has the potential to be a great choice for skiers staying in Hakuba. The dining experience is worth it for the convenience provided. Overall, the facilities are well-equipped, making it a good value for money option.
The hotel offers warm and comfortable rooms but they are quite basic. The service was accommodating and friendly, yet the room temperature could have been better regulated. The location is central and close to ski lifts, with a happy hour bonus. The dining options were reasonable, providing a good start to the day. Overall, a basic but friendly hotel with a great central location for ski enthusiasts.
The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants and bars. The rooms were spacious but had a slight moldy smell at times. The service was friendly and helpful, but lacked proactive engagement. The dining options were good but lacked variety over multiple days.
I couldn't have asked for a better setup for skiing! The hotel room was spacious, complete with boot warmers, ample lockers, and washers and dryers. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking. However, there was a slight odor of mold, indicating a need for better ventilation.
The hotel offers rooms with a bit more space than most in Hakuba, providing fantastic views of Happo. Although it took a while to heat up and the cleaner turned off the heating, the view of Happo One easily made up for it. The service was fantastic with incredibly welcoming and friendly staff. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Nakiyama lift at Happo One and a few minutes into Hakuba village. The dining experience was delightful, offering a mix of western and Japanese selections. Overall, a great value for the money with awesome facilities like discounted lift tickets and an onsen.
